chop garlic and black beans
add in mussels
add oyster sauce
stir fry for a couple of minutes

Hello everyone! Here is my personal food blog where I share my philosphy on cooking: have fun, experiment and make a big mess!!! I am not a trained chef, just someone who loves cooking. Most of these receipes comes from watching my mom cook. Of course, mom doesn't measure or store things in a receipe book. Instead, she just tosses everything in a wok, taste and toss some more stuff. Thus, alot of the receipes reflect my mom's cooking style.
